| Deal Execution | Attending meeting with corporate clients for finalizing the credit / investment proposal/ Debt Restructuring assignments to understand client requirement. Internally coordinate with sourcing team and Credit team to assess the credit worthiness of clients and evaluate deal structuring . Liaison and negotiation with Banks/ Financial institutions/ investors/ Funds for arranging finance from banks / FIs as per customer requirements / revival plans . Making presentation to senior bank management/ funds/ bankers etc. for credit/ investment proposals/ Revival plans . Lead and Manage transaction from inception ( sourcing not required) till financial closure. Good presentation & analytical skills. |
